All foreign players who want to play an official tournamnet in Switzerland need to sign a registration form of the SPA and will receive a temporary handicap and license to play in Switzerland; the Handicap Commission will grant a final handicap for Switzerland to such player after he has played or at the end of the season. All foreign sponsored players who are not handicapped in Switzerland are required to play with a minimum handicap of +2 in Swiss tournaments. x) mean players who have left a club.
